WhatsApp rolled out Group Video Calling feature for some Android and iOS users

WhatsApp has finally launched the most awaited feature, Group Video calling to some users on Android and iOS. The chat app is rolling out the feature to select iOS and Android users. The iOS users using the WhatsApp version 2.18.52 are receiving it in stable build while the Android users on beta version 2.18.145 and above are getting it.

According to Tweets from WABetaInfo, few users have reported receiving the new feature.

To check if your WhatsApp version has received this update, you can make a normal video call. While making that call, if you find an option to ‘add participant’ that would mean your device is one of the very few smartphones to receive the update. Other users may receive the update in a couple of weeks.
