Japan starts a cafe with Robots controlled by paralyzed

Japanese startup Ory have deployed robot waiters at Dawn Ver cafe. These robots can be controlled by people with disabilities as long as they can atleast move their eyes.

Those controlling the robots can get them move, speak to customers and carry objects. The currently the hotel recruited 10 people with disabilities and is paying $7 per hour, just like real wait staff.

While people are worried that robots destroy our jobs instances like these prove that they may create new opportunities.
