Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is planning to launch TV channel to motivate and promote scientific temper among people. This will be conducting training camps for school students from class 8th to 10th to inculcate scientific temper.
ISRO chief K. Sivan said that space agency will be selecting students and organise training camps for 25 to 30 days. During this period, students will be allowed to visit laboratory and make small satellites.
As we don’t have any scientific TV channel, ISRO plans to expand its outreach across the country to inculcate scientific temper among people.
ISRO plans to set up incubation center for startups to aim the best brain and research and development should be utilised, Sivan said.
