Facebook is reportedly working on a new cryptocurrency that can be used across the company’s wide range of services that serve nearly 2 billion users.
Facebook is specifically focussing to use its own Cryptocurrency for facilitating payments on the platform.
Earlier this year Mark Zuckerberg in a Facebook post said that the company will explore way to utilise the power of Blockchain technology to improve the platform.
Facebook blockchain efforts are being led by David Marcus, the VP of Facebook Messenger.
